Memberships are billed according to the plan chosen at registration.
Cancellations require 30-day written notice.
Freezes may follow school policies (as described on membership forms).
Fees for events, testing, camps, or merchandise are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Student Safety & Conduct

Students and parents agree to:

Follow school rules and instructor directions
Behave respectfully toward staff and students
Use martial arts skills responsibly and only for self-defense

The School may suspend or remove students for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

5. Liability

By participating in any martial arts program, event, or physical activity, you acknowledge the inherent risk of injury.

The School is not responsible for injuries, lost property, or misuse of techniques outside the school.

A signed waiver is required before participating.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be completed through approved methods.
Late or declined payments may result in suspension from classes.
Refunds are issued only according to school policy.
